Who am I? - Good question. Let me know if you divine the answer.
Perhaps the 'likes' I have listed opposite will provide an outline definition of who I am. For reference, this list
comprises what first came to mind. Later, 'when on my couch I lie in vacant or in pensive mood', I may well bring
to mind equally deserving entries, ones that, for the moment, I have overlooked.
Ask me WHEN am I, because I am drawn to the mysteries of time - for much the same reasons as J.W.Dunne
was.
Time the concealer of distant doings.
There is the question of the very nature of time itself. Time
may appear to operate as a uni-directional fluid within which every human transaction must operate, but some bizarre
events show that whatever the underlying mechanism, it does not actually forbid brief reversals of time - such
as when an outcome is known before the event, as in a precognitive dream, or in the oft-reported sense
of forboding prior to some unforseen catastrophe.
Then there is the time-dilation effect which, although apparently describable
and quantifyable within Einsteinian mathematics, remains largely a mind-blowing conundrum outside it.

My hobbies and interests .
A major interest of mine is aircraft, especially aircraft of WWII and the Spanish
civil war that immediately preceded it.
Because of my many experiences with psi phenomena, especially those associated
with dreams and dreaming, I have developed a strong interest in that too. I have just begun the 18th volume of my dream
journals.
Included within my broad interest in history are: human origins, ancient
history, pre-history, the pre-Celtic peoples of the British Isles, obscure tivia (like the word whose homophone is its antonym)
and my own genealogy. My maternal family tree currently extends through 15 generations, but it goes more sideways
than back and includes over 3500 individuals.
Another abiding interest is coincidence and synchronicity - both of which occur with disturbing
frequency and specificity in my life.
